Vey Bad service from this bank!

They made me stand in the que wearing a scarf in place of a mask, after standing for more than 2 hours, when it was finally my turn to be served they told me they cannot assist me with a scarf, my query was why was i allowed into their bank, and left to stand for hours, and yet they do not allow scarfs. Ok the worst part is since i laid my complaint on their website, it has been over a month no one bothered to contact me.
