Very weak Absa Merchant Service

To Absa Merchant Services Absa has benefited form us since Trustbank days Now merchant services cannot get their act together and have given us so many issues and no resolve always ducking and diving with unfounded explanations which no one can understand. After 8 back and forth emails we still are in the dark. They are using us as a money lending service without paying. Someone needs to take accountability for this messy service. Their Merchant Portal is totally inadequate and very basic, it appears compared to YOCO very amateurish. They need a lot of fixing.
