very very rude consultant

ive app**** for a loan from absa and i got a feedback that my loan has been aproved and quotation was sent to my email, the lady told me i will get a call the same day for payout, the next day im getting smses from absa that my application is not completed, i just login and complete, i called absa and i was referred to the lady Carmen( ********** 837) who is handling my account, i called her with no response and when she responded, i told her my problem, and she just hang up on me, tried again couple of times with no response.

what kind of rude service is this from absa....
