very very poor service, maybe close account

I'm so disappointed with the service that i got from then and i'm still struggling.

I made an EFT payment before lock down to a Company and never realized that i entered a 0 in the account number to much and the company only notified me once they were allowed to open up that i never made payment.

IF LOCK DOWN NEVER HAPPEN WE WOULD HAVE NOTICED THAT ERROR EARLIER.

AND I'M STRUGGLING A MONTH NOW TO GET ANY ANSWERS OR FEEDBACK
