Very very bad service receiving monthly statements

<p>I am getting quarterly stements but need to get it on a montly basis. Not possible at ABSA Homeloans. The statements I received never works and cannot be open.</p> <p>Talk to many people in ABSA after all the times battle to get to speak to an person that try to assist.
