Very very bad

I wanted to move to ABSA from my other bank. When i started the applications they told me yes they will move all my loans and credit amount to ABSA with a lower rate. So i changed my banking details at work cause they moved half the the credit card amount to ABSA and said the rest will be prosessed. After that was done it came back that they cant do it and its been one big struggle. So now i have two bank accounts with two bank cost and i am worse off than i was before because now i pay more. Very very unhappy. Never move from your bank to ABSA
