Very unhappy about Absa

O took a credit shortfall cover for my car around October last year which included the scratch and dents cover .I claimed for my scratched in December and no response and i claimed again in February and after that claim the cover was cancelled without informing me and i just did not see the cover on app and the debit order did come through end of February.
