VERY UNHAPPY!!!

I have been with ABSA for a number of years and I cant believe what I just heard from your call center...so some bogus company called SA Pay Exchange deducts money from my account and you wont stop them from future debits??? how does that work ABSA?? I trust you with my money and you tell me I must consult with the ***** that stole from me (money in your care) Please make me understand how this works... I am fuming right now!!! I need answers fast!!
