Very slow response for Home Loan Swotch and Finalization

We aren't even clients yet and already having issues. We have been trying to finalise our switch home loan for a month now and it's been over a week that we have been waiting for the proceeds to be sent to the attorneys and even though it's been eacalated, we still aren't getting a response. If this is how Absa does business, they will lose our business quicker than it was gained
