Very Slow response

Hi,I got into the branch at 11:30, was referred to customer services with a card number C027.The bank was not that busy, but the consultants were terribly slow,there were also two desks with no consultants, I left an hour later without help,as I had other places to go to before I went for work at 14:00. I only wanted to change a debit date for my bond.
