Very rude manager at vangate absa bank

I went to absa in vangate mall for withdrawal and I was told by the security guard that I was wearing the wrong mask and I asked her to call the bank manager and I told Him that I'm coming from Absa bank in Lansdowne and I was never told that I was wearing a wrong mask nothing like that what so ever and He said the bank manager well the regulations were passed yesterday and that's what sparkled the urguement coz my issue was you guys know about the regulations and as your customers we don't know you were supposed to have disposable mask in you door way for those who are wearing the vendilated mask that are not allowed in your premises... I have been working or Ruther say in business with absa for almost 19 years I have never experienced such an attitude worse coming from the bank manager I even said I will take my business elsewhere and he rep**** he said go ahead coming from a bank manager it's really sad and really I'm planning to take my business to a bank that will give me the respect and a good service, because if that was the case absa is supposed to send us emails explaining the new regulations so that we can know as customers
