Very Poor Service

Completely useless customer service from ABSA. Opened a credit card account and was told of a Black Friday special for a cash payout. Met all the transaction requirements but never received the pay-out. After 10 phone calls to the call center where I was either cut off or "transferred" to the correct department (same result). I was told they would phone me back but then told by the next consultant they can't make outgoing calls???? The latest agent confirms all qualifying transactions were done and I should receive the payout within the next 24 to 48 hours. It has now been 5 days and still nothing? How to I contact a person that has ANY ability to assist in this manner?
