Very poor service

For over a week now I have trying to sort out a problem with my credit card and getting absolutely nowhere! I am travelling and thankfully I have back ups with another bank. I cannot access my account and have repeatedly tried to get help from ABSA. That is a complete no go. No one, in over a week as been able to help me.
