Very long queue lines

3 times I've been to the Woodbridge branch, only to get there with VERY long queue lines. As such, on average, it would take at least two hours to receive assistance to apply for a new bank card as mine is about to expire. I've been inside a couple of times and noticed that out of the many counters, only a couple of staff are helping the people. <br> Where are the rest of the staff??<br> I feel forced to travel to another ABSA branch since I am pressured for time and simply can't queue up for that long.<br> Avoid the Woodbridge branch!! They are slow as hell!
