Very irrate unheard customer.

Mr Booysen called on ********** then on ********** (who arrived at my place of residence was contacted via sms last night asking him to call me at 10am) at 9.30am stating if i refuse to handover my "asset" he will be forced to go on Monday apply for a court order to have my car taken from me. He went on further to say "so i will record that you are not willing to handover the asset " whereby i rep****..." i am not refusing to handover my car i just am asking you to please do some investigation from your side". He rep**** ..." i was instructed to remove the asset by Absa and i am just doing my job...you can contact them but im telling you they will just tell you to handover the asset while they investigating...you can call and make an appointment to see them but theu wont help you because several people have spoken with you and the bottom line is you did not pay your instalment and the credit act says that if you dont pay then Absa has the right to remove the asset. ..it will go on auction to get the highest price and then absa will contact you to hear if you have that cash to buy it" What i am thinking is they auction my car and then try and sell it back to me or to recover there money. My question is this how can i possibly still owe R95 thousand om a R70 thousand rand car? Why is the interest so high and why when i was placed unfer debt review did they not rework my instalments and end term date which as the court stipulates is 2022. My payment term came to an end last year but i continued to pay moneu into that account so that it could bring the amount owing down. I paid my loan account off with a huge discount given....i paid off my 2 credit cards from absa with a huge discount so why if given the opportunity would i not pay off my car? Absa is *********** people for years and getting away with it. Charging unsuspecting client exorbitant interest rates and cashing in on people who are trying to hold a decent job to put food on the table for themselves and there kids. Im a single mother who has paid was left divorced with most of my debt incurred in my ex marriage. I have clawed my away out of debt one debt at a time and i continue to do so every month. Its sad that these huge institutions rip us off daily and knowing we cant afford lawyers they prey on our lack of backup or support.
