Very dissappointed

Im very dissapointed with ABSA. They requested a letter on comfirmation for vehicle insurance in January i sent to them. Then on 5th February 2015 they called again and I told them that i sent an email and please confirm all is in order. It was confirmed that ABSA is happy. Today i receive a statement with an insurance policy. If ABSA is so concerned about my vehicle insurance. They can take their car back. Im very unhappy with ABSA. I even sent them another letter this week from my insurance this again about numerous sms and phone calls<br> <br> Is ABSA running short of Money?
