very disappointing service from consultant Sheila.Dzhivhuho

I was contacted via email by Sheila Divhani Dzhivhuho ,however explained to her that I cannot get to a printer to print document and she should accept this via email which I sent on the 1st of February 2024 no response I sent another email on the 5th to say its hard for me to travel still no response another email today no response and mind you I have been calling the call center to no avail which my airtime is getting finished but no response can someone please look into this urgently as i have accepted the offer via email
