Very Disappointing Indeed

I have been with you guys for forever, my profile is impeccable but you cannot review my rate to a slightly decent rate. All i get told is that thats the best yet its not close to the rate from other banks ?</p> <p>What level has this been escalated on and why do i have to revert to this forum for a proper escalation and review. I want to give you my business, R4.4 million of it over the term but you want to throw me away ?</p> <p>Come on guys, how about for once, offer me good or even respectable service ?</p> <p> </p> <p>Await your reponse, please prioritse as i am going to lose this property.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
