Very disappointed by the consult ms molefe

I went to absa to reverse a transaction made yesterday at the municipality but i got the worst consultant ever. When i got to trying to explain whats the problem before i could finish she demanded my id smart card which i gave it to her and gthe made a remark that i keep swapping my card with no money but she could have listened she could have understood that i kept swapping after my card has declined. People when they are behind the counter the act like they are Gods or something. I just want a straight forward assistantance. Not sarcastic and condescending behaver. Its the 1st time i got this kind of attitude in the branch and why did ms molefe not help me the 1st time. Being pregnant and had ti walk the whole town for something she could assist me with. When i left the brach to go to municipal office she made a remark that i was fighting. Just because i told her face to face that she was very sarcastic.
