Very disappointed at Absa new market mall

I have never been this disappointed at a bank, im glad i dont bank with this ******* service bank

The branch at new market mall is so unprofessional, the consultants ask which other what to do, they clearly dont know their job been here with my old mother for than 2 hours we still in queue as im writing this they busy send us to different departments they clearly dont even understand their role of duties

How can you send clients to 3 departments in one branch for a simple service request
