VERY BAD SERVICE

I app**** for a bond. I am self employed ABSA credit did not come back to me after many phone calls and finally reporting the agent assigned to my assessment with in 5 min I received a decline.. Yet other banks I don't even bank with offered me a bond but Absa declined me and I'm one of there clients time for a change....
