Very bad service

I app**** for a personal loan at Absa, was pre appoved, the consultant Prudence called me to say it was declined due to R11000 for vechile finance on my ITC report. I explained that i can send the payed up letter for one vechile as proof, was told i must take it up with the ITC. This process was going on since the 4th October 2023. Instead of calling me back i must constantly call them.
