very bad service

<p>What a black friday i had with absas consultons and manager on the credit beuros record it shows that i owe them R6500 by old mutual that was paid in full but they cant give me a settlement letter or clear my name on there side. If im going to keep getting such service where nobody van help me im going to close my account and go to another bank.</p>
