Very bad service

So I took out a personal loan online, ticked the box for credit life and walla, loan paid out without credit life included, called the call centre spoke to 3 different people and they cannot assist, I must go into the branch, go to boksburg town branch and guess what not even the branch manager knows how to add this, this is not my fault, sort your online system out, now I don't know what to do, called the call centre logged a request and nothing, I am so irritated with absa...?
