VERY BAD SERVICE

Iv'e looked at my online statement and noticed the following deductions the one for R930.00 is the one I am worried about, but they all show something called ADMIN CHARGE SEE CHARGE STATEMENT

Charges as follow: ADMIN CHARGE SEE CHARGE STATEMENt - R930.00 MONTHLY ACC FEE SEE CHARGES - R190.00 (that looks like my account fee)

Why I'am I being charged all these fee's when I was sold a premium Cheques account package and told the R190.00 fee covers everything? Not very impressed right now. absa just took bread out of my childrens mouth
