Very bad service

Standing outside Absa bank Alexandra plaza and before me there are 5 customers waiting to be assisted by the same person. Service is bad and disappointing with only 1 consultant working and I have been waiting for 20 min already out and still have to wait inside again clearly it might be 2 hours.
