Very bad serive and bad atitude

I went to Absa Mabopane Centra City i wanted to open an account for my son and when i got there i was told that our surnames are not the same and i have to ask someone like my mom or dad to help in this matter so i went back and today i took my mom and my son with everything that they asked which was my son birtb certificate, my mom's ID and proof of residence and we showed it to them they told us to sit and wait for consultant. We set there for over an hours for only the consultant to send is away and say that she cant help us and i told them what happened the other day when i came on my our so i brought everything they asked me to but now they cant help me now they telling me about the unabridged certificate and staff i am really not happy with the service that i received and the bad attitude that i got from the manager and the consultant.
