Very bad customer service!!!!

I had a personal loan from Absa but paid it off in Sept 2018 but they are still deducting the installment from my account every month since October. Iv been to the bank and they promised its sorted...i have escalated the matter to complaint department...they investigated and assured me...this matter is sorted and will never occur again. But it did..last month the debit order went off again, wrote an email to Marcia (Agent from Complaint department t) but have received no response to this date. I'm extremely unhappy as this while excersise is costing me money, the debit order, reversing it, driving to absa or calling to complain...its all money that they dont consider not will ever refund!!!!! I'm not sure whether I'm being treated like this because I do not bank with them???? Nonsense!!!
