VERY BAD BAD BAD SERVICE BY ABSA CREDIT CARD

i paid up and wanted to close my credit card. the lady who was supposed to help me close the account just dropped my call and never called me again. she is indian lady called chetty. what a let down by what is supposed to be a proffesional bank. surely CAPITEC would do better. ABSA is charging descriminatry and exorbitant interest rates to black people and they ensure that they make it difficult for you to opt out once you take their credit card
