VERY BAD ATTITUDE

I am fully aware of owing Absa credit card, this account was being paid by the Debt review people. i have made 2 payments to them already and i stopped because everytime they call me they still have the same balance owing and now the Company Daly calls with the same balance owing and doesn't even have any record of my previous payments made. I am explaining to her that i made payments and my balance is still the same she wants me to go do her work for her and get proof of those payments, i will not pay this account for the reason that, whether we pay these people or not we still get bombarded. They should be lucky i did make those 2 payments because that account is a prescribed matter anyway.
