very bad absa bank *****ing our money

i made a eft payment into the wrong absa account however was trying to make payment for my absa vehicle finance but on the fnb app there was two under public recipient which i was unaware of i called absa they said hey cant help me my bank must i went to my bank they couldn't because it didnt allow them to called asba to tell them i need my money back but no1 is doing ntn
