Very angry and disappointed

I am very disappointed with Absa because we paid up our home loan in April 2026 and closed it completely, all relevant documents was send but nothing is happening we are still receiving a statement with accumulation interest, no feedback from Absa lawyers whenever we are going to receive out title deeds instead no one's knows anything please help
