verry poor service

i cannot believe it takes more than a month to get a credit card from virgin money this service is hilarious what are you guys a real financial services institution or are u guys playing games i app**** more than a month and i just get put on hold all the time i will never ever recommend this service not even to my dog.<br> <br> i am very disturbed that absa can have such a inefficient service it speaks volumes to absa as a whole.<br> <br> like most call center agents they are all the same loaded with empty promises and broken systems <br> <br> this should be the time of year where new business should be amplified not the opposite.<br> <br> stop CHASING CUSTOMERS AWAY...<br> Pointless to have such a good deal/product but a bad service.<br> <br> worst customer experience i ever had.<br> <br> <br>
