I have been trying to get documentation from my private banker at ABSA for a full week without any assistance. The Manager Fitile Msiga **** to me yesterday and told me she had just emailed the document. No such email arrived and to date and time no response. They don't answer their phones or get back to me. I am now going to lose the sale of my home due to their incompetence. I have tried to contact the ABSA head office and have been holding on the line for the Private Banking Executive officer. I have phoned back 6 times and held on, listening to their marvelous adverts as to how marvelous they are without them answering or transferring me back to the switchboard. The ABSA Head Office Website lists Bongiwa Gangeni as the Private bank Chief Executive. NO ONE at head office has ever heard or know her?? This is disgusting for a financial institution.
