Vehiclele registration papers

Cannot get papers for my car. My car has been paid up for years. after sending money R325.00 on 23/11/2015 to get my registration papers. Nothing happened. Now they again ask me to send through the application and pay another R325.00 to get my papers. Phoning ABSA nobody is able to assist. Got number ***. Only to be told thank you for your patience. Your call will be answered by the first available agent. Getting that message for the last 13 minutes. Probably no agents on duty. I need my papers. Its now 3 months ABSA just to get registration papers.
