Vehicle settled but debit order still went through

my budget is ****ed up because of ABSA, I settled my vehicle on the 27/08/2019 but in Sept 2019 the debit order still went through, I then called Absa to find out what the hell is going on, I was advised to lodge a formal complaint, after a week I made a follow up due to no feedback after a week long wait only to find out the case has been close but no feedback was given to me. this is all after I was told to submit proof of payment and everything will be sorted, still today am struggling to get my money back from what so called Absa.
