Dear Sir/Madam

I have an issue with Ford Credit (Absa) I was behind with my monthly car instalments, of over R20.000. Then received a warrant of delivery of goods on the 21 April 2017 as they couldn't get hold of the vehicle, I then paid R13.000 plus monthly instalment of R3854.54 end of April, then again end of May I paid another R7712 and Absa debited my account of R 3854.54, even after making all these payments and keeping up to date with my monthly payments I still get their Risk mitigation official (Victor Simelane) calling my up saying that it doesn't matter that I made payments, I no longer have a contract with Absa he just needs to collect the car and make arrangements for the Auction, After the auction then he will contact me to continue to make payments of the short fall.

I am no longer sure of what is write or wrong that I need to do, as when I call Absa or visit the branch they keep referring me back to him and he does not want to listen to anything I have to say.

Kind Regards

Nonhlanhla Ntuli
