Vehicle Rental Hold *****

Hold for vehicle rental release takes forever. This is pathetic for a client of the bank, to use their card, and the bank to take charges, and the client has to fight for the release to be done on the hold when the car rental company has sent through a letter weeks ago for release. PLEASE URGENTLY ASSIST!
