Vehicle Paid off but receiving Payment reminders

I can not believe I have to come to hellopeter for an ABSA matter AGAIN!!!! I really thought I would never have to deal with ABSA again, yet here I am...<br> My car was settled as agreed in April, it took ABSA a MONTH to get the account closed and give me the natis documents and today I receive an SMS reminding me to pay my account in 3 days... I called the VAF department, they transfered me to the collections dept and the collections dept gave me a tel number for someone else, tried calling that number but it just keeps on ringing...<br> Now please, can someone ensure that I never receive any sms, phone call or letter from ABSA again. I am completely done with you and I never want to be reminded of my ABSA experience ever again. DONT CALL ME, just ensure I dont get any correspondence from ABSA again.
