vehicle paid in full and issues getting papers

I have paid my vehicle in full and I have had nothing but issues in getting my paperwork from Absa. I have called numerous times and I keep being sent from pillar to post. I have had enough, I want my papers to sell my vehicle. Bad service and it seems like no one knows what the hell is going on! *********** staff or poor management!
