Vehicle natis

Good morning I went to Absa centurion mall in January this year to collect my natis for the car and I was told that it's not there but when we check with the driver that delivered the papers said Matshidiso signed for it. So I was told that they will request to get another one but every time when I go there I'm told it's not there. I haven't heard anything from them since they promised that they'll call me. I'm just worried because I'm not sure as to what did they do with it. Please help.
