Vehicle Mercedes C200 that was bought on finance

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the manner in which this matter has been handled. I purchased a vehicle in September 2024 with the understanding and trust that it was reliable and properly vetted. That trust has been completely violated.

Since the date of purchase, I have returned the vehicle multiple times for serious issues including battery failure, Tyre replacement, water leaks, traction control faults, and persistent warning lights. Despite notifying Jana (ABSA bank representative) from ABSA and engaging with Armand Husband of Jana from Signature Motors Centurion, I have received no meaningful assistance or resolution. I have visited the workshop on three separate occasions, sent photographic evidence, and followed every instruction given to visit their workshop —yet the problems remain unresolved.

In June 2025, I was told to use my warranty due to the mileage, despite having reported these issues as early as December 2024. This is unacceptable and misleading. Furthermore, I was advised to approach the Ombudsman from Jana (ABSA bank representative) , which I have done. The most alarming discovery came from Mercedes-Benz the Glen, when I wanted to take the vehicle to get Serviced, where I obtained a full history report. The vehicle was last serviced there in 2023 at 174,469 km—yet I purchased it in 2024 with a recorded mileage of only 98,000 km. Additionally, the report revealed that the vehicle had been involved in two major accidents:

- October 2018 – Damage to steering system, suspension, body structure: R95,013.00 - July 2023 – Structural damage and external lighting: R118,637.00

This is a clear case of misrepresentation and possible odometer *****. I am appalled that ABSA approved this sale and that INTER CAR BEDFORDVIEW(Mbali) / SIGNATURE MOTORS (Amand)sold me a vehicle with such a history. As a loyal customer of ABSA that just finished paid my previous vehicle. Is this the vehicle that I bought what I am paying for??????

So, I will be paying ABSA for a VEHICLE that is having all the above?
