Vehicle Insurance

Absa Vehicle Insurance issued me with insurance after I sent the proof of my own vehicle insurance.<br> <br> They deducted R512.32 for two consecutive months off my account.<br> <br> I spoke to Candy Manganyi and she promised me it would be refunded into my bank account before business closed on Friday 26 June 2015. To date I have not seen this refund.<br> <br> This morning her manager Gabriel East was supposed to phone me but did not.<br> <br> I lodged a complaint via email to AIP complaints but they also did not get back to me.<br> <br> How is it that institutions like this can just deduct money off your bank account using debit orders without your permission? What a wonderful banking institution. <br> <br>
