Vehicle finance paid up letter

<p>I Have phoned numerous times to get my paid up letter from ABSA vehicle finance but with no joy. They all tell me the same story they can see my account is paid up but they need to wait for the account to be closed then only can they issue a paid up letter and they will make sure its done by end of business day and that they will phone me back but not one snigle person has phoned me back. I wrote down all the names I spoke to.. My account is finished paid for more than a month and still no paid up letter. I do not know where to go or what to do to get this finalised. My very first Ref number 9th of June ********** 3 spoke to Katlego.</p>
