Vehicle Finance Interest Rate Hiked without consent

Good day,

My wife recently financed a vehicle through Absa. At the dealership the installment sale quotation and agreement interested rate clearly stated 11% however afterwards when she received a statement from Absa we are surprised that now is states 12.24% whereas the documents she signed says 11%. Something is seriously wrong with this. This can't be legal!
