vehicle finance false accusations and not getting their facks right

Good day I bought a vehicle that was finance by Absa, What a mistake. A month ago I started getting calls from Absa saying that I have skipped payments and they tried to deduct the outstanding balance , I explained to the woman according to my bank statements and Absa remittent letters it actually showed that I infact did pay Absa after this call I received numerous calls daily .

Then came the joke on 28/08/2918, a gentlemen called me I asked him if he can actually give me a indication to which months was skipped the man got silent for a while and then said he can actually see the payments was done but it seems that the payments not allocated and he apologized. Then I got a surprising sms and call on the 31/08/2018 saying I have still not paid .

i am sick of *********** staff that keep on harassing me get a person that can listen to the customer and get your facts in order before calling me

I had it with ABSA your system is so full of crackers that it is becoming a sick joke
