Vehicle Finance & Double Debit Order for Purchase

With utter disappointment i receive a double debit order from ABSA just yesterday 2015/12/09, i made a purchase at the garage in Lotus River BP and i got billed after using my cheque account (swipe facility), just to arrive home pass 6pm and get billed again for the very same transaction. Checking my history records via sms notification and online banking the transaction has been pulled off twice (me having proof thereof) i logged a complaint with ABSA last night and received notification they'll call me back and nothing ever since (quick to take out money but long to pay back) non ethical.<br> <br> Mentioning today 2015/12/10 yet another run in with ABSA my vehicle has finished being paid 1st November 2015 (call recorded evidence and proof thereof) yet i get called and told i have a R8k outstanding which has been capitalised or added to my account??? YOU CANNOT DO THAT BY LAW its ********* and THIS will not affect my credit rating nor score due to your negligence of not debiting my account and me not knowing that i have any outstanding amount, my account is SETTLED. I want my settled letter as well as the paperwork for the car think its time to change banks!!
