Vehicle Finance delivery chaos

I recently moved my vehicle finance from Absa to another financial institution. On requesting Absa to deliver the NATIS papers to my new financier, Absa confirmed that it is not a problem and I supp**** the relevant delivery details. I was subsequently contacted 19 times in 2 days by Absa's courier company who each time informed me that I was the person specified by Absa for delivery and they can't deliver to my financier. Absa Vehicle Finance, however, insisted that they specified delivery to my new financier. After being called 5 times in 20 minutes by the courier company I called Absa for the fifth time, just to be informed that no other person than myself can take delivery of the NATIS papers. I was then asked to hold, and was on hold for the next hour until the line died. My new financier eventually dialed me in to someone at Absa who confirmed that she has spoken to the courier and the NATIS paper would be delivered to my new financier. I lost two working days being harassed by Absa's courier company and sent from pillar to post by Absa Vehicle Finance. None of the Absa employees seemed to know what they are doing and it would seem Absa's in a state of chaos.
