Vehicle Finance Contract

To whom it may concern:

I have requested a copy of my Vehicle Finance Contract from ABSA on the 3rd of September very early and mentioned to the lady that it is very urgent because I need it for SARS. She said that I will have it later that day. After a lot of calls to ABSA I did not receive it yet. This is very bad service. If it was another bank, I would have received it immediately. I want to know if I will still receive it this year????
