Vehicle finance application dept. USELESS!!

Worst application vehicle finance application EVER - I really don't know why you even bother having to apply directly at ABSA as even platinum clients receive the worst possible service ever!!!<br> <br> I received a different reply to from every consultant and when I finally get shown to the consultant who is suppose to draw up my contract, I've had to phone her and try and understand what's going, I was told that the lady is absent(on Maternity leave) and will only be returning end of April!?! Shocking!<br> <br> I'd rather walk away from 'n brilliant deal then have to work with this department or bank again....
